BLUE WORLD POOLS INSTALLATION STEPS
Blue World Pools is one of the largest above ground pool dealer in the United States.
Our installation, maintenance and service make our company and products the best in the industry.
First of all we start with the highest quality products on the market today. We follow that with properly trained, experienced, professional installers. Our installers are hand picked and trained by Blue World Pools professionals. Upon arrival at the job site the installer determines the extent of the preparation to be done. He removes all sod and debris from the location of the pool. Using proper equipment they then level the ground to within one inch of perfect level. It is now time to lay out the base of the pool. The track is placed within the excavated area and brought to a perfect round shape. The ground is then treated to prevent any grass growing under the liner. Then each track support is leveled to perfect level using a transit, or sight, level. The installer then continues the installation and places a 2" sand base, with a 3 to 5 inch cove, rolled and packed, throughout the entire inside area of the pool. They then ensure the sand bottom is smooth and even. The sand is again inspected to assure there is no debris of any kind. Once this is done the liner is placed in the pool and hung properly in place. The wrinkle removal process is started and water is now going into the pool. The installer will then make sure he gets the liner as near wrinkle free as possible. Now it is time to plumb the filtration system and ionization system. This is done using 1 1/2" schedule 40 pvc pipe. Once the plumbing is complete it is pressure tested to assure there are no leaks or drips. Now it is time to school the new pool owner in the care and operation of their new pool. The installer will go over the entire system and start up instructions to assure the customer will be at ease when starting their new pool. This is all followed by a well trained professional service person only a phone call away.
